Alessandro Biletta
Born in Piedmont in 1941, Mr. Biletta graduated in Law from the State University of Milan with top marks in 1965 with a dissertation on comparative private law at the end of a period spent in Egypt with a contribution of the State University. He cooperated with Utet and arranged a few items for the Novissimo Digesto.
He was admitted to the Bar of Lawyers of Milan in 1968; he is admitted to the Bar of Cassation.
His professional activity is mainly focused on corporate advice and assistance on acquisitions, labor law, business agreements (commercial distribution agreements), but he does also advice on family law matters (separations, successions, filiations). He has significant experience in domestic arbitrations, even in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Arbitrators.
Member of AIJA; Member, Director and Vice-President of AGAM; Vice-President of AIGLI (Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana – International Italian-speaking Lawyers Association); Director and President of the Rotary Club.

Lucio Mazzotti
Born in Rome on 12 December 1942 from a Lombard family, he graduated with top marks in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1965 with a dissertation on civil trial law. He cooperated with a commercial law international magazine for a few years.
He was admitted to the Bar of Lawyers of Milan in 1968; he is admitted to the Bar of Cassation.
His activity is mainly focused on civil and commercial law matters, litigation in particular, and he also provides his corporate, industrial and commercial clients with advice for the management of relations with third parties (clients-suppliers-employees-collaborators). He took part in domestic arbitration proceedings as party arbitrator and counsel.

Giulio Cerioli

He was admitted to the Bar of Technical Experts of the Court of Crema at no. 52 on 03/03/1992. He is the former President of the Board of Professional Accountants of Cremona and Crema and the former Vice-President of the Bar of Certified Accountants and Accounting Experts of Crema. He has practiced as a Professional Accountant since 1969 and he specializes in tax and corporate matters. He specifically engages in transactions for the purchase and sale of shares and quotas, amicable settlements and arbitrations. He has held the function of Statutory Auditor and External Auditor in companies listed on regulated markets. He holds the function of auditor and External Auditor in Insurance companies and Financial Intermediaries subject to supervision by I.V.A.S.S. and the Bank of Italy as well as in trade companies. He has held and still holds the function of Auditor in public and private sector agencies.
