The Firm Studio Biletta-Mazzotti-Cerioli & Associati – Lawyers and chartered accountants was established on 24 July 2017.
This is a new partnership formed by the two former partners of Studio legale Biletta & Mazzotti (established in Milan over 40 years ago) and seven new partners, who have practiced as lawyers and chartered accountants for over ten years, particularly in the Cremona area.
The new partnership is larger and covers several fields of expertise: it consists of nine partners and namely Mr. Alessandro Biletta, Mr. Lucio Mazzotti, Mr. Giulio Cerioli, Mr. Vittorio Meanti, Mr. Michele Rota, Ms. Paola de Micheli (lawyers) as well as Mr. Vittorio Belviolandi, Mr. Gottardo Ginelli and Ms. Monica Rota (chartered accountants).
The Firm could thus acquire important professionals and broaden the range of services offered, which now span from civil law to administrative law, family law, criminal law, contracts, company law, labor law and litigation and which even cover tax and fiscal advisory matters through the partners in the tax department.
Besides its head office of Milan at via Visconti di Modrone, 7, the Firm has two more branch offices in Crema, via Diaz, 6 and Cremona, via Tribunali, 3.
The Firm also holds relations with Italian-speaking colleagues based in the main EU and non-EU countries. Fields of Expertise
